本品粉末红紫色。内果皮石细胞成片，淡黄色，表面观不规则多角形，垂周壁深波状弯曲，壁厚，孔沟和纹孔明显。内果皮含晶细胞成片，每个细胞含一草酸钙方晶，方晶直径7～11μm，花被薄壁细胞充满紫红色或棕红色色素块，非腺毛单细胞，多碎断，长短不一，直径12～45μm，有的足部膨大。草酸钙簇晶散在或存在于花被薄壁细胞中，直径3～22μm，种皮表皮细胞黄棕色，表面观类长方形或多角形，直径7～18μm，垂周壁连珠状增厚，孔沟明显。

本品粉末灰黄色。纤维较多，成束或散在，淡黄色或无色，略弯曲，直径10～30μm，壁厚5～15μm，弯曲处呈皱襞，胞腔甚细。石细胞淡黄色，呈类圆形、类方形，直径15～40μm，壁厚5～20μm，胞腔小。含晶厚壁细胞成群或散在，形状、大小与石细胞近似，胞腔内含草酸钙方晶1～2个。草酸钙方晶存在于厚壁细胞中或散在，直径5～20μm。木栓细胞表面观呈多角形，垂周壁平直或弯曲。

本品为不规则的破碎叶片。叶片边缘可见锯齿或钝锯齿，有的有不规则分裂。上表面黄绿色或浅黄棕色；下表面颜色稍浅，叶脉突出，小脉网状，脉上被疏毛，脉基具簇毛。质脆。气微，味淡、微苦涩。

鉴别
（1）本品粉末黄绿色或黄棕色。上表皮有含钟乳体的大型晶细胞，钟乳体直径47～77μm。下表皮气孔不定式，副卫细胞4～6个。非腺毛单细胞，长50～230μm。草酸钙簇晶直径5～16μm；偶见方晶。 （2）取本品粉末2g，加石油醚（60～90℃）30ml，加热回流30分钟，弃去石油醚液，药渣挥干，加乙醇30ml，超声处理20分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加热水10ml，置60℃水浴上搅拌使溶解，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加甲醇1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取桑叶对照药材2g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸（5∶2∶1）的上层溶液为展开剂，置用展开剂预饱和10分钟的展开缸内，展开约至8cm，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯（365nm）下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。

照高效液相色谱法（通则0512）测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；以甲醇为流动相A，以0.5%磷酸溶液为流动相B，按下表中的规定进行梯度洗脱；检测波长为358nm。理论板数按芦丁峰计算应不低于5000。 对照品溶液的制备 取芦丁对照品适量，精密称定，用甲醇制成每1ml含0.1mg的溶液，即得。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品粉末（过三号筛）约1g，精密称定，置圆底烧瓶中，加甲醇50ml，加热回流30分钟，滤过，滤渣再用甲醇50ml，同法提取2次，合并滤液，减压回收溶剂，残渣用甲醇溶解，转移至25ml量瓶中，加甲醇至刻度，摇匀，滤过，取续滤液，即得。 测定法 分别精密吸取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各10μl，注入液相色谱仪，测定，即得。 本品按干燥品计算，含芦丁（C27H30O16）不得少于0.10%。 饮片
