性状
本品呈类圆形或椭圆形的厚片，外表皮黄白色至淡棕褐色，可见纵皱纹或纵沟。切面皮部黄白色，木部淡黄色，有放射状纹理及裂隙，有的中心偶有枯朽状，黑褐色或呈空洞。气微，味微甜，嚼之有豆腥味。
检查
水分 不得过10.0%（通则0832第二法）。 总灰分 不得过5.0%（通则2302）。 赭曲霉毒素A 照真菌毒素测定法（通则2351）中赭曲霉毒素A测定法测定。 供试品溶液的制备 取供试品粉末约3g，精密称定，置于均质瓶中，加入氯化钠3g，精密加入70%甲醇60ml，高速搅拌2分钟（搅拌速度大于11000转／分钟），离心10分钟（离心速度8000转／分钟），精密量取上清液5ml，置50ml量瓶中，用PBS缓冲液稀释至刻度，摇匀，离心15分钟（离心速度8000转／分钟），精密量取上清液20ml，通过免疫亲和柱，流速每分钟3ml，用聚山梨酯20 PBS缓冲液10ml洗脱，弃去洗脱液，使空气进入柱子，再用水10ml洗脱，流速每分钟6ml，弃去洗脱液，使空气进入柱子，将水挤出柱子，再用甲醇1.5ml洗脱，收集洗脱液，置2ml量瓶中，并用水稀释至刻度，摇匀，滤过，取续滤液，即得。 本品每1000g含赭曲霉毒素A不得过20μg。
炮制
除去杂质，大小分开，洗净，润透，切厚片，干燥。
贮藏
置通风干燥处，防潮，防蛀。 注：PBS缓冲液的制备 称取氯化钠8.0g、磷酸氢二钠1.2g、磷酸二氢钾0.2g、氯化钾0.2g，加水990ml使溶解，用盐酸调节pH值至7.0，加水稀释至1000ml，即得。 聚山梨酯20 PBS缓冲液的制备 取聚山梨酯201.0ml，加PBS缓冲液稀释至1000ml，即得。
