枸橼 本品呈不规则块状或丝条状,厚0.2~0.5cm。外果皮黄色或黄绿色,边缘呈波状,散有凹入的油点;中果皮黄白色或淡棕黄色,有不规则的网状突起的维管束;瓤囊偶见。质柔韧。气清香,味微甜而苦辛。 香圆 本品呈不规则块状或丝条状。表面黑绿色或黄棕色,密被凹陷的小油点及网状隆起的粗皱纹,质坚硬。边缘油点明显;瓤囊棕色或淡红棕色,间或有黄白色种子。气香,味酸而苦。

未切片者,打成小块;切片者润透,切丝,晾干。
贮藏
置阴凉干燥处,防霉,防蛀。
鉴别
取本品粉末2g,加石油醚(60~90℃)30ml,浸泡1小时,超声处理20分钟,滤过,滤液挥干,残渣加石油醚(60~90℃)1ml使溶解,作为供试品溶液。另取香橼对照药材1g,同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法(通则0502)试验,吸取上述两种溶液各5~10μl,分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上,以环己烷-乙酸乙酯(5∶1)为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,喷以3%香草醛硫酸溶液,加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的主斑点。
含量测定
香圆 照高效液相色谱法(通则0512)测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(30∶63∶3)为流动相;检测波长为284nm。理论板数按柚皮苷峰计算应不低于4000。 对照品溶液的制备 取柚皮苷对照品适量,精密称定,加50%甲醇制成每1ml含30μg的溶液,即得。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品粉末(过五号筛)约75mg,精密称定,置具塞锥形瓶中,精密加入50%甲醇25ml,称定重量,加热回流1小时,放冷,再称定重量,用50%甲醇补足减失的重量,摇匀,滤过,精密量取续滤液2ml,置10ml量瓶中,加50%甲醇至刻度,摇匀,滤过,取续滤液,即得。 测定法 分别精密吸取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各20μl,注入液相色谱仪,测定,即得。 本品按干燥品计算,含柚皮苷(C27H32O14)不得少于2.5%。 饮片
