- The treatment of coronary microvascular disease is a difficult and hot topic in the field of cardiovascular disease at present. At present, modern medical intervention means are limited. More and more clinical studies show that the Yiqihuoxue traditional Chinese patent medicines have the potential clinical efficacy of improving CMD, but there is no relevant clinical evidence published based on systematic evaluation, Therefore, in the clinical part of this study, it is planned to explore the efficacy and safety of Yiqihuoxue traditional Chinese patent medicines in the intervention of CMD through Meta analysis and GRADE evidence evaluation, so as to clarify the current clinical evidence of this kind of traditional Chinese patent medicines in the intervention of CMD
- Participant
- The participants all need to undergo a microcirculation function evaluation (index of microcirculatory resistance(IMR)>25 or coronary flow reserve (CFR)<2 or TIMI frame method>25) to be diagnosed with CMD.

- On the basis of the control group, the intervention group was given any kind of oral Yiqihuoxue traditional Chinese patent medicines, including Tongxinluo Capsule, Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill, Shexiang Baoxin Pill, etc.
- Comparator Control
- The control group received routine treatment drugs (including antiplatelet aggregation drugs, anticoagulants β- Receptor blockers, calcium antagonists, aldosterone receptor antagonists, statins, nicorandil, etc.), all of which must be applied within a reasonable dosage range.
- Main Outcome
- Microcirculatory function indicators (IMR, CFR) Measures of effect The analysis results of IMR and CFR are represented by mean difference.

- ① Clinical total effective rate; ② Electrocardiogram efficacy; ③ Inflammatory markers (hs-CRP); ④ Endothelial function indicators (NO). Measures of effect The analysis results of hs-CRP and NO are represented by mean difference, while the binary variables clinical total effective rate and clinical total effective rate are represented by risk ratios.
