Review Question
This article conducted a network meta-analysis of the clinical efficacy of different proprietary Chinese medicines in the treatment of angina pectoris after PCI, and obtained the ranking results between different interventions, in order to provide sufficient evidence support for clinicians to choose better drugs in the face of different symptoms or priorities of the same disease.

Condition Being Studied
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, referred to as "coronary heart disease", is a common clinical cardiovascular system disease, with high morbidity and high mortality characteristics. According to the China Health Statistical Yearbook 2020, since 2012, the mortality rate of coronary heart disease in urban and rural China has been on the rise year by year. Drug therapy and interventional therapy are the main methods to treat this disease. Among them, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) can quickly open the blocked artery, re-establish myocardial perfusion, and improve the ischemic and hypoxia state of myocardial cells, with significant clinical effects. However, stent PCI is easy to damage the vascular endothelium and cause inflammation, so 20-30% of patients still have symptoms such as angina pectoris after PCI. The occurrence of postoperative angina pectoris not only seriously affects the quality of life of patients, aggravates the negative emotions of patients, but also leads to the occurrence of postoperative complications.
Participant
The subjects of the study were patients diagnosed with angina pectoris after PCI of coronary heart disease [8, 9], with no restrictions on race, age, sex and course of disease

Intervention
The experimental group was combined with the control group on the basis of Chinese patent medicines (including Danlou tablet, Diao Xinxuenkang soft capsule, compound Danshen dropping pills, Guanxin Danshen dropping pills, Guanxin Shutong capsule, Shexiang Baoxin pill, Tongxinluo capsule, Yindan Naoxintong capsule).
Comparator Control
The control group was treated with conventional western medicine such as antithrombotic, hypolipidemic and blood pressure control or placebo.
Main Outcome
1.Overall effective rate: ① Obvious effect: After the end of treatment, the symptoms of angina pectoris were significantly improved. Electrocardiogram results of the patient in the resting state showed normal results. Patients had more than an 80% reduction in the number of angina attacks, or an 80% reduction in nitroglycerin use. ② Effective: After the end of treatment, the symptoms of angina pectoris improved. Ecg results of patients in the resting state showed that the ST segment increased by at least 0.5mm, the number of angina attacks decreased by 50% to 80%, or the amount of nitroglycerin decreased by 50% to 80%.③ Ineffective: After the end of treatment, the symptoms of angina pectoris in the patient did not improve or worsened. The results of electrocardiogram examination in the resting state showed no change compared with before treatment. Total effective rate = (obvious + effective)/total number of cases 100%. ; 2.Frequency of angina pectoris attacks/week; 3. Angina pectoris duration /min;
