- Cholestasis of pregnancy is a complication occurring during pregnancy, mainly in the middle and later stages of pregnancy.The disease can lead to premature delivery, amniotic fluid pollution, neonatal asphyxia, neonatal pneumonia and a series of adverse perinatal outcomes.At the same time, studies have found that women with a history of ICP have a higher risk of cholelithiasis, cholecystitis, hypothyroidism, pancreatic disease and digestive disease

- Inclusion: 1.The patient has itchy skin as the main symptom during pregnancy. 2.The level of related indicators including ALT (alanine aminotransferase), AST (aspartate transaminase), TBA ( total biliary acid) increased. Exclusion: Other liver and gallbladder diseases such as viral hepatitis.

- Accoding to the treatment option, there are 6 interbentions including B: yinzhihuang oral liquid + UDCA; C: salvia injection + UDCA; D: yinchenhao decoction (yinchen > 15g, zhizi > 9g, dahunag > 5g) + UDCA; E: the change of yinchenhao decoction 1 (yinchen > 15g, zhizi < 9g, dahunag > 5g) + UDCA; F: the change of yinchenhao decoction 2 (yinchen > 15g, zhizi > 9g, dahunag < 5g) + UDCA; G: the change of yinchenhao decoction 3 (yinchen > 15g, zhizi < 9g, dahunag < 5g) + UDCA; H: other Traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions (yinchen < 15g, zhizi < 9g, dahunag < 5g) + UDCA.
- Comparator Control
- The treatment option A: using UDCA (ursodeoxycholic acid) alone was as the control group.
- Main Outcome
- Main outcome include in pruritus score which is based on the standards set by Ribalta and the level of ALT (alanine aminotransferase), AST (aspartate transaminase), TBA ( total biliary acid). Measures of effect Mean differences is our main effect measure.
