- Title
- The Clinical Efficacy And Safety of 11 Therapeutic Strategies in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris: A Network Meta-Analysis
- Review Question
- 1. How effective are the 11 common therapeutic strategies for unstable angina pectoris in China? 2. Among the 11 therapeutic strategies commonly used to treat unstable angina pectoris, which one is more recommended?
- Study Type Included
- Inclusion criteria: (1) Randomized controlled trials (RCT) and semi-randomized controlled trials of all drug treatments. (2) Patients with unstable angina pectoris diagnosed according to established diagnostic criteria. (3) There are no restrictions on the gender and age of patients. (4) The document language is not restricted. Exclusion criteria: (1) Duplicate files. (2) The research includes incomplete or incorrect data. (3) Animal experiments. (4) Review the literature.
- Condition Being Studied
- Adults with unstable angina and improvement of heart function. At present, more and more treatment strategies are used to treat unstable angina, but it is not clear which strategy is the best. At present, a systematic review and meta-analysis of drugs used to treat unstable angina have been carried out. Traditional meta-analysis only provides a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the two treatments, but a variety of treatment strategies are used in clinical practice. Therefore, these traditional meta-analysis results cannot meet current clinical needs. It is especially important to compare the effectiveness and safety of multiple interventions immediately. Therefore, this study will use the network meta-analysis method to compare multiple interventions, and rank various interventions according to the degree of improvement of each efficacy indicator.
