Infertility is a reproductive disorder caused by a variety of causes. The World Health Organization defines infertility as infertility when both spouses have regular sexual life without contraceptive measures for at least 12 months without pregnancy. It has been reported in the literature that about 8-12% of couples worldwide are infertile. The factors that cause infertility include male and female factors. Among the female infertility factors, ovulation disorder accounts for about 52.12%.Ovulatory infertility is a common endocrine disorder in gynecology. The lesions of the hypothalamus, pituitary, and ovarian reproductive axis can lead to ovulation disorders in women.Ovulation stimulating drugs are often used to treat ovulatory infertility clinically, but there is a phenomenon of high output and low pregnancy when ovulation stimulating drugs are used, which will also lead to complications such as ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), multiple pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy and so on. And long-term use of ovulation drugs may also increase the risk of breast cancer and thyroid cancer
