Review Question
The aim of this study is to combine the results of these primary studies using meta-analysis method to estimate a more precise association between opium addiction and bladder cancer.

Bladder cancer is responsible for more than 7% of neoplasms especially among men. Behavioral factors especially cigarette smoking and opium addiction have been mentioned in the previous studies as the most important risk factors of many cancers including bladder cancer.
