性状
原豆蔻 呈类球形,直径1.2~1.8cm。表面黄白色至淡黄棕色,有3条较深的纵向槽纹,顶端有突起的柱基,基部有凹下的果柄痕,两端均具浅棕色绒毛。果皮体轻,质脆,易纵向裂开,内分3室,每室含种子约10粒;种子呈不规则多面体,背面略隆起,直径3~4mm,表面暗棕色,有皱纹,并被有残留的假种皮。气芳香,味辛凉略似樟脑。 印尼白蔻 个略小。表面黄白色,有的微显紫棕色。果皮较薄,种子瘦瘪。气味较弱。
检查
杂质 原豆蔻不得过1%;印尼白蔻不得过2%(通则2301)。 水分 原豆蔻不得过11.0%;印尼白蔻不得过12.0%(通则0832第四法)。
炮制
除去杂质。用时捣碎。
贮藏
密闭,置阴凉干燥处,防蛀。
鉴别
(1)本品粉末灰棕色至棕色。种皮表皮细胞淡黄色,表面观呈长条形,常与下皮细胞上下层垂直排列。下皮细胞含棕色或红棕色物。色素层细胞多皱缩,内含深红棕色物。油细胞类圆形或长圆形,含黄绿色油滴。内种皮厚壁细胞黄棕色、红棕色或深棕色,表面观多角形,壁厚,胞腔内含硅质块;断面观为1列栅状细胞。外胚乳细胞类长方形或不规则形,充满细小淀粉粒集结成的淀粉团,有的含细小草酸钙方晶。 (2)照薄层色谱法(通则0502)试验,吸取〔含量测定〕桉油精项下的供试品溶液和对照品溶液各10μl,分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上,以环己烷-二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯(15∶5∶0.5)为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,喷以5%香草醛硫酸溶液,在105℃加热至斑点显色清晰,立即检视。供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。
