性状

本品为纵向破裂的不规则薄片，或呈囊状，长约1.5cm，宽2～4cm，厚约0.1cm。棕黄色至棕褐色，半透明。外表面皱缩不平，内表面光亮而有细纵皱纹。薄片者质柔润，囊状者质稍硬。气微香，味甜。

检查

水分不得过15.0%（通则0832第二法）。总灰分不得过4.0%（通则2302）。

贮藏

置通风干燥处，防潮，防蛀。

鉴别

（1）本品表面观：外表皮细胞类方形或类多角形，垂周壁略呈连珠状增厚；内表皮细胞形状不一，垂周壁稍厚，呈明显连珠状增厚，细胞间有大型条状薄壁细胞。可见草酸钙小结晶。（2）取本品粉末1g，加乙酸乙酯20ml，超声处理20分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加乙酸乙酯1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取龙眼肉对照药材1g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各10μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以环己烷-丙酮（4∶1）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以5%香草醛硫酸溶液，在105℃加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。

浸出物

照水溶性浸出物测定法（通则2201）项下的热浸法测定，不得少于70.0%。

补益心脾，养血安神。用于气血不足，心悸怔忡，健忘失眠，血虚萎黄。
