- 制法取豨莶草，切碎，取出粗茎500g，加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，煎液滤过，滤液合并，浓缩成稠膏；剩余豨莶草用黄酒1000g浸拌，置罐中，加盖密闭，隔水加热至酒被吸尽，与上述稠膏混合，干燥，粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀。每100g粉末加炼蜜170～200g制成大蜜丸，即得。处方豨莶草 1000g性状本品为黑色的大蜜丸；气微，味甜、微苦。检查应符合丸剂项下有关的各项规定（通则0108）。规格每丸重9g贮藏密封。鉴别取本品1丸，剪碎，加硅藻土3g，研匀，加甲醇20ml，超声处理15分钟，滤过，滤液作为供试品溶液。另取奇壬醇对照品，加甲醇制成每1ml含0.1mg的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以三氯甲烷-甲醇（4∶1）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以5%香草醛硫酸溶液，在105℃加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。含量测定照高效液相色谱法（通则0512）测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；以乙腈-水（18∶82）为流动相；检测波长为215nm。理论板数按奇壬醇峰计算应不低于3000。 对照品溶液的制备 取奇壬醇对照品适量，精密称定，加甲醇制成每1ml含0.1mg的溶液，即得。 供试品溶液的制备 取重量差异项下的本品，剪碎，混匀，取约9g，精密称定，加硅藻土3g，研匀，置圆底烧瓶中，加石油醚（60～90℃）150ml，加热回流2小时，滤过，滤渣挥尽溶剂，精密加入甲醇50ml，称定重量，加热回流提取2小时，放冷，再称定重量，用甲醇补足减失的重量，摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液15ml，蒸干，残渣用甲醇溶解，并转移至5ml量瓶中，加甲醇至刻度，摇匀，滤过，取续滤液，即得。 测定法 分别精密吸取对照品溶液20μl与供试品溶液10～20μl，注入液相色谱仪，测定，即得。 本品每丸含豨莶草以奇壬醇（C20H34O4）计，不得少于2.0mg。功能与主治清热祛湿，散风止痛。用于风湿热阻络所致的痹病，症见肢体麻木、腰膝酸软、筋骨无力、关节疼痛。亦用于半身不遂，风疹湿疮。用法与用量口服。一次1丸，一日2～3次。
