Study Type Included
Inclusion criteria - Experimental Human studies (Randomized controlled studies (RCTs), quasi RCTs, matched pairs RCTs, Cross over trials and pre and post studies) as well as observational studies (e.g. case control studies, cohort studies, cross sectional studies). Exclusion criteria - Animal studies
Condition Being Studied
The study would be on the change in blood pressure (including changes in systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressures) observed among normotensive and hypertensive adults due to effects of the supplementation of Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) when administered orally on any form including vegetable with meals, extract or tablet.
Participant
Inclusion criteria- Adults (>18 years) - Healthy participants and/or patients with hypertension Exclusion criteria - pregnant individuals (as physiological changes in pregnancy and the pregnancy induced hypertension would affect outcome measures)

Healthy adults or diseased adults with hypertension who were not exposed or did not undergo the intervention - baseline, control or placebo.
Main Outcome
