Bacteriological confirmation of the presence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (direct smear or culture or histological findings or nucleic acid amplification) or definite clinical and radiological improvement after 2-month treatment with anti-tuberculosis drugs. Measures of effect Sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio, and area under the curve
