Observational trials, randomized clinical trial, cross-sectional on patients undergoing coronary angiography deserving functional evaluation by testing epicardial coronary artery spasm with the use of intracoronary acetylcholine
Condition Being Studied
The use of acetylcholine in Italy for medical purposes is limited to the treatment of ophthalmic pathologies. There are contraindications to intravenous or intra-arterial administration. However, its intracoronary use in the context of vasospastic angina has been already tested in several trials showing a really limited number of side effects.

Patients with coronary artery disease without evidence of obstructed epicardial coronary disease.
