What is the efficacy of vitamin K supplementation for the treatment of severe COVID-19 patients?
Study Type Included
Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that explore the efficacy of Vitamin K supplementation in the treatment of severe COVID-19 patients.
Condition Being Studied
Severe COVID-19. Vitamin K treatment.
Participant
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients were diagnosed with severe COVID-19; (2) Patient age ≥ 18 years; (3) Patients with a mini-mental state examination score ≥ 21. Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with abnormal coagulation function; (2) Patients take vitamin K preparations or vitamin K antagonists for a long time; (3) Patients with severe liver failure.

Intervention
Treatment group: Vitamin K1 injection is injected intramuscularly, 10mg each time, 1-2 times a day.
Comparator Control
Control group: Blank control, follow routine treatment guidelines.
Main Outcome
(1) Routine blood test (Including RBC, Hb, WBC, PLT, etc); (2) C-reactive protein; (3) Interleukin-6 (IL-6); (4) Mechanical ventilation time; (5) ICU stay; (6) Quality of Life (QOL).
