Patients - Pregnant females undergoing Cesarean Delivery under Neuraxial Anesthesia Intervention - Phenylephrine boluses to treat hypotension following neuraxial anesthesia Comparator - Prophylactic Phenylephrine infusion to prevent hypotension following neuraxial anesthesia (Infusions with fixed rate, variable rate and infusion with supplementary bolus will be included) Outcomes - Primary outcome - Incidence of Maternal Hypotension Secondary outcomes Maternal outcomes - Incidence of Secondary Hypotension, Reactive Hypertension, Bradycardia, Nausea or vomiting and other adverse maternal outcomes Neonatal outcomes - Umbilical artery pH, Umbilical venous pH, Fetal acidosis, APGAR Score

Inclusion criteria - Pregnant females undergoing cesarean section under neuraxial anesthesia Exclusion critera - ASA PS >3 Pre-existing cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases Patients with Hypertensive disorders of Pregnancy Patients with PPH Patients receiving General Anesthesia for cesarean section Patients with any contraindication to regional anesthesia such as thrombocytopenia or coagulation abnormality
