The aim of this study is to assess and to compare the efficacy and safety of different regimen for magnesium sulfate administration with a standart one for the treatment of preeclampsia.

Participant
Pregnant women with preeclampsia or eclampsia, regardless of single or multiple pregnancy, or time of onset of preeclampsia (antepartum, intrapartum or postpartum).

Intervention
Different regimens of magnesium sulfate administration: 1) loading dose of 4g and 6g; 2) maintenance doses of 1g and 2g; 3) duration of administration during pregnancy and in the postpartum period (12h, 24h, 48h).
