Title
Vasoactive drugs for the treatment of pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung diseases: a systematic review
Review Question
The aim of this systematic review is to explore clinical efficacy of vasoactive therapy in patients with PH secondary to ILD. Interventional randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing vasoactive drugs vs placebo and secondary analysis of the above-mentioned trials are considered. The primary outcome of this systematic review is clinical efficacy, defined by any measurable effect in hemodynamics, clinical status, pulmonary function tests, performance in activities, progression in pulmonary or vascular disease.
Study Type Included
Randomized control trials
Condition Being Studied
