RCTs on women in the climacteric period receiving any of (1) Isoflavone-containing capsule (2) Isoflavone-containing drink (3) Soya drink as an intervention and the effect on menopausal symptoms will be included in the analysis

(1) Placebo (2) Climacteric women without intervention (3) Exercise (4) Low dose isoflavone
