- Title
- Meta-analysis of a randomized controlled trial of 125I particles combined with cryoablation for advanced non-small cell lung cancer
- Review Question
- Are 125I particles combined with cryoablation better for advanced non-small cell lung cancer?
- Study Type Included
- randomized controlled trial, RCT
- Condition Being Studied
- Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world, and it has become the No. 1 cause of death from malignant tumors among urban population in China. Non-small cell lung cancer includes squamous cell carcinoma (squamous carcinoma), adenocarcinoma, and large cell carcinoma. Compared with small cell carcinoma, the growth and division of its cancer cells are slower and its metastasis is relatively late. Non-small cell lung cancer accounts for about 80% of all lung cancers, and about 75% of patients are already in the middle or late stage when they are found, with a very low 5-year survival rate.
- Participant
- 1 Only randomized controlled clinical studies, blinded or unblinded, were included in this study; 2 Diagnosis of NSCLC by histology or pathology; and 2 The diagnosis of NSCLC was confirmed by histology or pathology. 3 TNM stage IIb-IV non-small cell lung cancer according to the 7th edition of the AJCC 2010; 4 Age greater than 18 years. 4 Age greater than 18 years.
