- For this systematic review, there will be no restrictions on the types of studies that will be used (e.g., RCTs, Case-control, and cohort studies).

- Congestive heart failure with reduced ejection fraction

- Inclusion: Adults (18 years old or older) with congestive heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (as diagnosed using AHA 2022 guidelines) Exclusion: Persons under the age of 18 and/or not diagnosed with congestive heart failure with a reduced ejection fraction

- Intervention
- A comprehensive list of interventions for congestive heart failure will be summarized in this systematic review. Interventions will include pharmacological (e.g., digoxin, isosorbide dinitrate and hydralazine (H-ISDN), ACEi, ARB, BB, MRA, ivabradine, ARNi, SGLT2i, vericiguat, omecamtiv-mecarbil) and non-pharmacological (e.g., exercise, diet, sleep management) approaches.

- A comprehensive list of comparators for congestive heart failure will be summarized in this systematic review.
- Main Outcome
