To estimate sex differences in statin-related risk of incident diabetes in randomized controlled trials or crossover trials of statins vs. placebo for primary or second prevention of cardiovascular disease. To estimate sex differences in statin-related risk of incident diabetes in randomized controlled trials or crossover trials of statins vs. placebo for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease. To estimate sex differences in statin-related risk of incident diabetes in randomized controlled trials or crossover trials of statins vs. placebo for secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease. To estimate sex differences in statin-related risk of incident diabetes in randomized controlled trials or crossover trials of statins vs. placebo for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease stratified by high vs. moderate CVD risk.
