Inclusion criteria: -isoflavonids and vitamin D as therapy for study group -postmenopausal women -time for therapy min. 3 months - information about: Vertebral bone mineral density (BMD), Femoral neck BMD, Lumbar spine BMD, Bone turnover markers Exclusion criteria: -health women as study group or in vitro or animal studies -time for therapy <3months - without information about: Vertebral bone mineral density (BMD), Femoral neck BMD, Lumbar spine BMD, Bone turnover markers

vitamin D AND isoflavonoids (ipriflavone, genistein, soy isoflavones and others) supplementation

- without treatment (without supplementation) - only vitamin D supplementation - vitamin D and calcium supplementation
