RCT and cohort study are eligible for inclusion.
Condition Being Studied
Thyroid autoimmunity is characterized by elevated thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) and/or thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb) and present in 2% to 17% of pregnant women.
Participant
Euthyroid pregnant women with positive TPOAb and/or TgAb. The diagnosis was based on the diagnostic criteria in the 2017 ATA guideline.

Placebo or no treatment.
