- Any patients currently on treatment with levothyroxine or any other form of thyroid replacement drugs and their association with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

- Comparator Control
- Studies involving both (another intervention or non-exposed control group) will be included.
- Main Outcome
- Quantitative data on outcomes such as incidence and prevalence, and incidence of adverse events will be analysed. Where appropriate, dichotomous outcomes will be studied with incidence, prevalence, relative risks and odds ratio and continuous outcomes will be studied with mean differences and standardised mean differences.
