Main Outcome
The outcomes assessed in this meta-analysis were pregnancy outcomes and thyroid function. Pregnancy outcomes included pregnancy rate, live birth rate, premature delivery (at < 37 weeks), miscarriage rate, premature rupture of membranes (PROM), fetal growth restriction, ectopic pregnancy, 1 min Apgar, 5 min Apgar, birth weight (g), and birth height (cm).

Thyroid function was assessed through TSH, free thyroxine (FT4), thyroid peroxidase (TPO), and thyroid peroxidase antibody (anti-TPO).
