Condition Being Studied
Menopause is the natural cessation of menstrual cycle for consecutive 12 months, leading to various physical, mental, hormonal, and emotional symptoms termed as climacteric symptoms. These symptoms have significant impact on the quality of life of women and is currently managed using hormonal therapies or phytoestrogens.
Participant
Inclusion criteria 1. Female subjects 2. Subjects suffering from climacteric symptoms Exclusion criteria: 1. Animals with induced climacteric symptoms (ovariectomized animal model)

Inclusion criteria: 1. The intervention group must receive Rheum rhaponticum supplement 2. The supplement must be provided through oral route of administration Exclusion criteria: 1. The intervention group receives Rheum supplement other than Rheum rhaponticum (like Rheum palmatum)

Inclusion criteria: 1. The intervention group must receive placebo or another nutraceutical supplement. 2. The supplement must be provided through oral route of administration
