- Chemotherapy-induced fatigue as a symptom experienced by almost 90% of cancer patients.
- Participant
- All cancer patients 18 years of age or older that were reported to experience chemotherapy-induced fatigue that received Paullinia cupana. We will exclude pregnant women and patients that received another intervention to fatigue concomitant to the use of Paullinia cupana

- The intervention is to receive Paullinia cupana as a dietary supplement (a low cost, non-pharmacological treatment)
- Comparator Control
- The comparators is the non-exposure to Paullinia cupana during the trial. This could be Placebo or other dietary supplements or basic non-pharmacological instructions to try and improve fatigue.
