- Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the common cardiovascular diseases, and the morbidity rate also shows an increasing trend year by year. According to the survey, there are about 8 million patients with AF in China at present, and the morbidity rate is about 0.77%. AF can cause a series of disabling and even fatal complications, including cerebrovascular accident and thromboembolism, heart failure, myocardial infarction, cognitive decline, dementia and renal function injury, among which stroke is the most common.
