- Inclusion criteria: (1) Randomized controlled trials (RCT) and semi-randomized controlled trials of all drug treatments. (2) Patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia diagnosed according to established diagnostic criteria. (3) There are no restrictions on the gender and age of patients. (4) Document language is not restricted. Exclusion criteria: (1) Document duplication. (2) The research includes incomplete or incorrect data. (3) Animal experiments. (4) Review the literature.

- Some drugs commonly used to treat arrhythmia in coronary heart disease. These drugs include: Amiodarone, Atenolol, Metoprolol, Potassium Magnesium Aspartate, Propafenone, Lidocaine, Wenxin Granules, Shensongyangxin Capsules.
