Xingpi Yanger granule is a commonly used Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of diarrhea, which has the effect of xingpi appetizer, nourishing blood and tranquilizing, solidifying intestines, and stopping diarrhea. Studies have demonstrated that xingpiyanger granules combined with Clostridium caseinate live powder has significantly better efficacy and safety than clostridium caseinate live powder alone in the treatment of children with dyspeptic diarrhea, but some studies have put forward different views.

Children in the test group were given xingpi Yanger granule on the basis of the treatment in the control group. In addition, children in both groups received routine treatment, including correction of hydrolyzing abnormalities, adjustment of diet, and maintenance of acid-base balance.
