- Xingpi Yanger granule is a commonly used Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of diarrhea, which has the effect of xingpi appetizer, nourishing blood and tranquilizing, solidifying intestines, and stopping diarrhea. Studies have demonstrated that xingpiyanger granules combined with Clostridium caseinate live powder has significantly better efficacy and safety than clostridium caseinate live powder alone in the treatment of children with dyspeptic diarrhea, but some studies have put forward different views.
