Review Question
What is the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongtian oral liquid in the treatment of migraine?
Study Type Included
We will include all randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
Condition Being Studied
Migraine according to the internationally acknowledged diagnostic criteria will be included in our analysis.
Participant
Participants who are diagnosed with migraine according to the internationally acknowledged diagnostic criteria will be included in our analysis. Participants with headaches caused by other diseases will be excluded. Age must be 18 years old or older, sex and race will not be limited.

Intervention
We will include all randomized controlled trials (RCTs) using Tongtian oral liquid or Tongtian oral liquid plus western medicine in the treatment group. We will include all the studies without any limitation of the publication language. All courses of treatment must be greater than or equal to one week.
Comparator Control
We will include all randomized controlled trials (RCTs) using western medicine in the control group, we will include all the studies without any limitation of the publication language. All courses of treatment must be greater than or equal to one week.
Main Outcome
The primary outcome measures will be the total effective rate. Measures of effect After treatment, the total effective rate will be assessed by the participants' clinical signs and symptoms.

The secondary outcomes of our study will include VAS scores, the frequency and duration of attacks, and adverse events or reactions. Measures of effect After treatment, the VAS scores, the frequency and duration of attacks, and adverse events or reactions will be assessed by the participants' clinical signs and symptoms.
