- Unstable angina pectoris.

- Inclusion: Adults with unstable angina pectoris (as diagnosed using any recognised diagnostic criteria). Exclusion: Pregnant and lactating women, and participants had other serious diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, severe heart failure, disturbance of blood coagulation, or disease of the liver or kidneys.

- Ginkgo biloba preparations: Ginkgo leaf tablet, Ginkgo leaf dispersible tablet, Ginkgo leaf capsule, Ginkgo leaf soft capsule, Ginkgo dropping pill, Ginkgo leaf granule, Ginkgo leaf tincture, Ginkgo leaf extract drop, Ginkgo leaf oral liquid, Yinxing Mihuan oral solution, Xingling dropping pill, Ginkgo ketone ester dropping pill, Ginkgo ketone ester tablet, Ginkgo ketone ester granule, Ginkgo ketone ester dispersible tablet, Ginkgo leaf extract injection, Shuxuening injection and diterpene ginkgolides meglumine injection.
- Comparator Control
- Routine treatment of unstable angina pectoris, including antiplatelet agents, nitroglycerine, beta-blockers, long-acting calcium-channel blockers, and angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors, etc.
- Main Outcome
- Total efficacy against UAP (significantly effective+effective) and total effectiveness of electrocardiography.
- Outcome Measure
- Additional Outcome
- Frequency of acute angina attack, duration of angina, clinical symptom response rate, hs-CRP level, vascular endothelial cell function index and cardiac function index.
