- Title
- Systematic evaluation and sequential analysis of the efficacy and safety of Shuxuening injection in the treatment of unstable angina
- Review Question
- Most clinical studies of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine only stay at the stage of summarizing clinical experience, lacking prospective studies with large sample size, and their pharmacological active components and pharmacological mechanism still need further study. In this study, the efficacy and safety of Shuxueling injection combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris were systematically evaluated to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shuxueling injection.
- Study Type Included
- A randomized controlled trial of Shuxuening injection combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris
- Condition Being Studied
- Unstable angina (UA) is an acute coronary syndrome between stable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction, which is mainly manifested as pain in the anterior cardiac region and posterior sternum. Its instability is mainly affected by local coronary artery lesions, characterized by progressive exacerbation of angina symptoms and prolonged duration of pain.Thrombus formation is mainly caused by rupture of atherosclerotic plaques or erosion of the mural walls in coronary arteries. The effective treatment of unstable angina can improve the survival rate and quality of life of the patients. Western medicine treatment mainly includes stable plaque, the use of anti-platelet and anti-thrombotic drugs, the reduction of myocardial injury caused by ischemia and reperfusion, and the prevention of the progression of coronary atherosclerosis
- Participant
- 1,According to the guidelines for the Rapid Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndromes (2019), the diagnostic criteria for midteratoform angina are acceptable. Age, sex, alcohol and tobacco history and other conditions are not restricted. 2,The intervention measures did not meet the standard, the diagnosis was not clear, and the treatment process was not clear. In the experimental group, except for segmentation, only Shu Xueling injection or Western medicine was used, but no proprietary Chinese medicine was used. , the result index has no other content except adverse reaction.

- Human Disease Modelled
- Intervention
- 治疗组采用舒雪灵注射液联合常规西药治疗。
- Comparator Control
- The control group only received the same conventional western medicine treatment, the main drugs were anticoagulation, anti-platelet aggregation, -blockers, nitrates, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI), statins and other lipid-lowering drugs
- Main Outcome
- Effect of electrocardiogram:The efficacy of electrocardiogram was examined before and after treatment in the 2 groups. The evaluation criteria of the efficacy of electrocardiogram were as follows: Significant effect: st-T of resting electrocardiogram returned to normal or roughly normal;(2) Effective: static ELECTROcardiogram ST segment depression, after treatment rise more than 0.05 mm, but not to the normal level, or the main lead inverted T-wave shallow more than 50% or from flat to upright T wave;(3) No effect: The rest ELECTROcardiogram ST-T was approximately the same as before treatment; The total effective rate was calculated by the obvious effect + effective effect;Nitroglycerin dosage a dose used in one week;Duration of angina: The duration of symptoms and signs of each angina attack;Angina frequency: number of angina attacks per day Measures of effect The main indicators were angina frequency, duration of angina, nitroglycerin dosage, and ecg improvement
- Outcome Measure
- Additional Outcome
- Clinical curative effect:Symptoms such as shortness of breath, palpitation and chest tightness disappeared completely, and the number of angina attacks decreased by more than 80%. The above symptoms were improved to a certain extent, and the reduction of the number of angina attacks between 50% and 80% was effective. No improvement or even aggravation of the above symptoms, and a reduction of less than 50% in the number of angina attacks was not effective.Serum BNP and HS-CRP were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after treatment;Adverse reactions:Observe for signs of allergies;Blood lipids were determined by chemical and leaven methods Measures of effect Secondary indicators were clinical efficacy of angina, blood lipids (triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol), C-reactive protein, BNP (brain natriuretic peptide), adverse drug reactions or adverse events
