The survey shows that in mainland China, the incidence of hyperuricemia and gout is 19.4% in men and 7.9% in women.

- Inclusion criteria: (1) Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT); (2) Research object: meets the diagnostic criteria for gouty arthritis; (3) Intervention measures: the experimental group is treated with traditional Chinese medicine injection or combined with the control group, and the control group can be Western medicine , Other treatment methods such as acupuncture, massage and physical therapy can also be used; (4) Outcome indicators: one or more of the following should be reported: (1) total effective rate of clinical treatment; (2) uric acid; (3) adverse reactions.
