Condition Being Studied
Gouty arthritis (gouty arthritis) is a common orthopedic and endocrine disease. It is an inflammatory arthritis disease. With the drastic improvement of living standards in recent years and the increase of people's attention to personal health, gouty arthritis has become Highly aroused public health concern. Gouty arthritis is caused by the deposition of urate in the joint capsule, bursa, cartilage, bone and other tissues, which causes disease damage and inflammatory reaction. Its clinical features are severe joint pain, joint redness and swelling, and mobility Restriction, which usually occurs in men over 40 years old, is more common in the first metatarsophalangeal joint, and can also occur in other larger joints, especially the ankle and foot joints. Because it is easy to relapse and is difficult to cure, it seriously affects the patient’s health Quality of life and social work. The survey shows that in mainland China, the incidence of hyperuricemia and gout is 19.4% in men and 7.9% in women.

Inclusion criteria: (1) Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT); (2) Research object: meets the diagnostic criteria for gouty arthritis; (3) Intervention measures: the experimental group is treated with traditional Chinese medicine injection or combined with the control group, and the control group can be Western medicine , Other treatment methods such as acupuncture, massage and physical therapy can also be used; (4) Outcome indicators: one or more of the following should be reported: (1) total effective rate of clinical treatment; (2) uric acid; (3) adverse reactions. Exclusion criteria: (1) The paper has been published repeatedly or the full text cannot be obtained; (2) The literature data is incomplete or there are obvious loopholes; (3) Animal or histological studies or experiments; (4) Clinically undiagnosed as gouty joint Patients with inflammation; (5) Patients with other cardiovascular or important organ diseases; (6) Dissertations, medical records of famous experts, inheritance of experience, case reports; (7) Non-injectable formulations; (8) Non-RCT.
