- To systematically review all the pre-clinical and clinical evidence on the effectiveness of Qili Qiangxin capsule for chronic heart failure.

- We will only include randomized clinical trials(RCT) which reported the efficacy or change in plasma of some factors produced by oxidative stress of Qili Qiangxin capusle for chronic heart failure patients.
- Condition Being Studied
- Traditional Chinese patent medicine Qili Qiangxin Capsule for chronic heart failure.
- Participant
- Participants must be diagnosed with chronic heart failure.

- Human Disease Modelled
- Intervention
- A kind of Chinese patent medicine called Qili Qiangxin Capsule will be included. We will exculde other forms of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion.
- Comparator Control
- Conventional medicine, placebo or conventional medicine plus placebo will be included in control group. We will exclude the studies that contain the Qili Qiangxin capsule in the control group.
- Main Outcome
- Therapeutic effects will be used as the main outcome. Measures of effect Relative risks and Cohen's d with 95% CI.

- Change in plasma NT-proBNP level, NYHA functional classification, and 6-minute walk test(6MWT) etc.
