Review Question
According to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), the number of people with diabetes in developing countries could reach 550 million by 2030.Diabetes has become the world's third largest non-communicable disease after cardiovascular disease and cancer, is a global public health problem.This paper aims to study the effect of Jinlida granule on pre-diabetes, and explore the effect on the outcome indicators such as blood glucose, blood lipid, insulin and diabetes conversion rate.

Condition Being Studied
Diabetes is a metabolic disorder caused by a variety of etiologies. It is characterized by chronic hyperglycemia accompanied by insufficient secretion and/or dysfunction of insulin, resulting in metabolic disorders of carbohydrate, fat and protein, and chronic injury, dysfunction and even failure of various organs.Diabetes has become the third major noncommunicable disease in the world after cardiovascular disease and tumor, and is a global public health problem. Therefore, prevention and treatment of prediabetes is very critical.Jinlida granule is an innovative traditional Chinese medicine developed based on human experience under the guidance of collar disease theory, which plays a positive role in improving insulin resistance and regulating glucose and lipid metabolism disorder.The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of Jinlida granule in the treatment of prediabetes mellitus by combining multiple randomized controlled trials.
Participant
The research type Randomized controlled Trial (RCT) The research object All comorbidities such as heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious diseases were excluded. Interventions The control group received routine lifestyle interventions, including mental health education, diet and exercise therapy; The experimental group was added with jinlida granule on the basis of the control group. Exclusion criteria (1) repeated literatures (2) literatures not conforming to research objects (3) literatures not conforming to intervention measures (4) literatures with incomplete and seriously missing research data (5) observational studies (6) animal experiments (7) literatures of review type.
