- The rapid development of society has brought about a change in lifestyle, and the incidence of diabetes has increased. The International DM Alliance predicts that diabetes will increase to 693 million people by 2045. Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most serious chronic microvascular complications of diabetes. About 5 % of patients with type 2 diabetes have renal damage at the time of diagnosis, which has become an important cause of life-threatening renal failure. Early diabetic nephropathy is often not accompanied by significant clinical manifestations, and laboratory indicators are mostly normal, with strong concealment. Therefore, timely diagnosis and treatment are of great value for the remission or even cure of the disease.

- The observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Chinese patent medicine ( Bailing capsule, Jinshuibao capsule, Shenyankangfu tablet, Liuwei Dihuang pill, Qiyao Xiaoke capsule, Shenqi Jiangtang granule, Tianqi Jiangtang capsule, Keluoxin capsule ) combined with routine treatment, while the control group was treated with routine treatment only.
