- As one of the most common clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is a clinical syndrome characterized by paroxysmal pain in the poststernal or precordial region due to insufficient blood supply of coronary artery, acute myocardial ischemia and hypoxia, and also a risk factor that increases the risk of acute myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest and sudden cardiac death. Traditional Chinese medicine injections have played a huge role in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. In key hospitals, injections of cardiovascular Chinese patent drugs account for 38.09% of the total dosage forms. Therefore, this study will conduct a clinical re-evaluation of its effectiveness and safety to provide reference for the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris, and ranked the drugs with a mesh meta-analysis to determine the best intervention measures.
