- Chronic rhinosinusitis is an inflammatory lesion of the mucous membrane of the sinuses and nasal cavity lasting more than 12 weeks. The main symptoms include nasal congestion, runny nose, head and facial pain, and reduced or even lost sense of smell. Surgical treatment of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis who meet the criteria has been proven to be an effective modality. However, since nasal endoscopic surgery does not completely resolve the pathophysiology of chronic rhinosinusitis pathogenesis, Preoperative and postoperative comprehensive treatment is essential

- Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with a clear physician diagnosis of chronic rhinosinusitis ; (2) patients were all over 18 years of age. Exclusion criteria: (1) concomitant nasal malignancy; (2) concomitant cystic fibrosis or primary cilia motility disorder
