- Study Type Included
- Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) will be included. Observational, cohort, case-control, case series, qualitative and laboratory studies, and uncontrolled trials will be excluded.
- Condition Being Studied
- Sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction is a common complication of sepsis, and its mortality rate is increasing significantly.
- Participant
- Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis and have myocardial dysfunction will be included.

- Initially retrieved Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections for the treatment of sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction, including Xuebijing injection, Xinmailong injection, Shenfu injection, Shenmai injection, Shuxuening injection, Chuanxiongqin injection, Huangqi injection.

- Conventional treatment.

- 1.Case fatality rate and total effective rate evaluation. 2.Adverse Events.
