A systematic review and network meta-analysis for the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections for sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction
Review Question
1.Can Chinese medicine injections improve sepsis survival and reduce mortality? 2.Does it reduce the risk of sepsis-induced myocardial injury compared to conventional treatment? 3.Is it safe to use Traditional Chinese medicine injections for sepsis-induced myocardial injury? 4.Compare the safety and efficacy of different Traditional Chinese medicine injections.
Study Type Included
Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) will be included. Observational, cohort, case-control, case series, qualitative and laboratory studies, and uncontrolled trials will be excluded.
Condition Being Studied
Sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction is a common complication of sepsis, and its mortality rate is increasing significantly.
Participant
Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis and have myocardial dysfunction will be included.

Intervention
Initially retrieved Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections for the treatment of sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction, including Xuebijing injection, Xinmailong injection, Shenfu injection, Shenmai injection, Shuxuening injection, Chuanxiongqin injection, Huangqi injection.
Comparator Control
Conventional treatment.
Main Outcome
1.Case fatality rate and total effective rate evaluation. 2.Adverse Events.
