- The purpose of this review is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of angong niuhuang pill as an adjuvant therapy in patients with hemorrhagic stroke.

- This study will only consider randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Any other studies will be not considered, such as non-clinical studies, non-controlled trials, crossover studies, non-RCTs, and quasi-RCTs.

- Adult participants (≥18 years), with a confirmed diagnosis of hemorrhagic stroke.

- Main Outcome
- Death and dependency; Glasgow Coma Scale; Barthel Index; Adverse events. Measures of effect Disability was measured as the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) or equivalent. Adverse events include any expected and unexpected adverse events.

- Neurological deterioration. Measures of effect Neurological deterioration was defined as worsening on a stroke neurological impairment scale (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Score-NIHSS score, NIHSS score) or equivalent.
