Review Question
To evaluate effects of Biejiajian Pill combined with Entecavir and Entecavir alone on four serum liver fibrosis markers of compensatory period of cirrhosis.

Condition Being Studied
Cirrhosis is a kind of common chronic liver disease pathology results, the main pathological feature is the formation of liver fibrosis, which is characterized by fibroblast, accumulation of abnormal muscle fibroblasts, the formation of fibrous scar tissue and extracellular matrix (ECM) protein synthesis and deposition, also accompanied by the micro circulation barrier. In the early stages of cirrhosis, liver fibrosis as the formation of recurrent liver damage phenomenon of healing reaction is reversible. In recent years, Chinese medicine has made great progress in the treatment of liver fibers. The treatment objective is prolong the HBV replication time, decrease the degree of inflammatory necrosis and fibrosis of liver cells. It is also important to reduce the occurrence of liver decompensation and improve and prolong the survival time of patients.
Participant
Inclusion criterion: (1) Subjects: liver cirrhosis compensation period, and the four indicators of serum liver fibrosis, namely hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), pre-type-iii collagen (PC III), and type IV collagen (Iv-c), showed at least three abnormalities, without the age and sex limitation. (2) Study design type: randomized controlled trial (RCT). (3) Intervention: in the treatment group, entecavir was combined with Biejiajian pill, but not with other drugs. In the control group, entecavir was only used. (4) Neither the treatment group nor the control group received additional antiviral and antihepatic fibrosis treatment. (5) Outcome measures: at least three of the four indicators of serum liver fibrosis (including three). Exclusion criterion (1) Decompensation of liver cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis with liver cancer, liver failure and other serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, endocrine, urinary and hematological diseases; (2) Literature review; (3) Literature that is vague or cannot be obtained in full; (4) Repeatedly published and repeatedly included literature

Biejiajian pill combined with Entecavir on four markers of serum hepatic fibrosis during the compensatory stage of liver cirrhosis. In order to make an objective evaluation for the combined treatment of cirrhosis.
Comparator Control
Entecavir was only used.
