Title
Effectiveness and safety of 9 traditional Chinese medicine injections combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer:a network meta-analysis
Review Question
The incidence of esophageal cancer is increasing year by year, and it is mostly found in the middle and late stages, and the survival rate is extremely low, which seriously threatens human health. While chemotherapeutic drugs are used to treat diseases, they can also bring great side effects and affect the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine injections can help chemotherapy patients reduce adverse reactions and improve clinical efficacy. However, there are various types of TCM injections. Which is the best intervention? There is no exact statement. Therefore, there is an urgent need to accurately understand the efficacy and safety of various traditional Chinese medicine injections in the treatment of esophageal cancer, and to find the best intervention measures. This systematic review is aimed at patients with advanced esophageal cancer; the intervention measures are nine traditional Chinese medicine injections combined with conventional chemotherapy, and the control measure is conventional chemotherapy; the main outcomes are efficacy, improvement rate of quality of life, immune function cell level, tumor markers The drug level, the incidence of adverse reactions, etc.; the research method is a randomized controlled trial.

Main Outcome
the main outcomes are efficacy, the short-term efficacy was classified into four grades: complete remission (CR), partial remission (PR), stable (NC) and progressive (PD) according to the solid tumor evaluation criteria developed by UICC. CR + PR is valid (RR). Complete remission (CR) is defined as the disappearance of the main symptoms such as chest pain and dysphagia; partial remission (PR) is defined as the disappearance of some symptoms or related symptoms are alleviated; there is no significant improvement in symptoms, which is stable (SD); This is called progress (PD). Measures of effect RR
