- We will include randomized controlled by placebo trials that assess the efficacy of four antiemetic drugs (doxylamine alone, pyridoxine (vitamin B6) alone, association doxylamine/pyridoxine, metoclopramide alone) on nausea or vomiting of pregnancy. We will exclude articles for which the full-text is not available in English or in French.
- Condition Being Studied
- Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy
- Participant
- Inclusion : all pregnant women, without restriction of age or ethnic group, age, whatever the term of pregnancy, suffering from nausea or vomiting of pregnancy. Exclusion : women with a different aetiology to their nausea or vomiting than pregnancy, women treated with other antiemetic drugs.

- Intervention
- Administration of four antiemetic drugs : either doxylamine alone, or pyridoxine (vitamin B6) alone, or doxylamine/pyridoxine, or metoclopramide alone. The dose and frequency will not be restricted.

- Administration of placebo

- Nausea or vomiting relief from baseline to the end of the trial with a binary response pattern (yes or no) or with a continous response pattern (mean difference or standard mean difference).
