- We will include randomized controlled trials to assess the beneficial effects of the folic acid combined with vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 supplementation.

- Stroke is one of the major public health problems and a leading cause of death and disability among adults worldwide. Recent studies show that the number of people affected by stroke reached 101 million and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) reached 143 million worldwide in 2019, creating a significant disease and economic burden.

- Main outcomes: all types of stroke. Measures of effect Relative risk with 95% confidence interval was used as a measure of the association between supplementation and risk of stroke.
