- Study Type Included
- Domestic and foreign published randomized controlled trial (RCTS) of ligustrazine injection in the treatment of hypertension in pregnancy. Restricted languages are Chinese and English.
- Condition Being Studied
- Gestational hypertension is a disease that affects 5% to 10% of pregnant women worldwide and is associated with adverse fetal, neonatal and maternal outcomes such as placental abruption, premature delivery, stroke, disseminated intravascular coagulation and multiple organ (liver and kidney) failure, as well as adverse long-term cardiovascular health of women. Preexisting hypertension, gestational hypertension, preeclampsia, eclampsia, and HELLP syndrome. Ligusticum Chuanxiong, as a common medicinal and edible herb, has an ideal therapeutic effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This paper makes a systematic evaluation of ligustrazine in treating hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy by meta-analysis, in order to provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinic.

- Patients who meet the recognized diagnostic criteria for gestational hypertension are of no age or nationality.
