Title
Clinical efficacy and safety of Salvia ligustrazine injection for the treatment of vertebral-basilar insufficiency for a meta-analysis and systematic review
Review Question
To systematically evaluate Salvia ligustrazine injection in the treatment of vertebrobasilar Insufficient clinical efficacy and safety.
Study Type Included
Inclusion criteria:All patients met the VBI diagnostic criteria, and the clinical symptoms were dizziness, insomnia, palpitations, facial atrophy, facial dark purple or ecchymoses, chronic onset, or acute onset, or repeated Attack; cervical CT line or MRI showing cervical hypertrophy Sexual changes or intervertebral foramen stenosis, the results of cranial color Doppler ultrasonography (TCD), CT, MRI examination showed that there is insufficient blood supply to the vertebral basilar artery. Exclusion criteria: Animal test, tissue study and retrospective analysis of the treatment of VBI with danshen ligustrazine injection;Patients in the observation group received acupoint injection, acupuncture or other physical therapy.Patients in the observation group were given other drugs in addition to those in the control group. With serious heart, brain, liver, kidney disease or complications.
Condition Being Studied
Since the introduction of the term vertebrobasilar insufficiency in 1946, it has been devoted to its clinical and pathological research.Vertebralbasilar insufficiency, also known as vertebral basilar artery transient cerebral ischemia, is generally mainly due to vascular malformations, hypertension, atherosclerosis Ischemia of the brain stem, cerebellum or occipital cortex due to vertebral basilar artery stenosis or occlusion caused by chemotherapy, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, smoking, etc.Insufficient blood supply to the vertebrobasilar artery is a common clinical condition.Common in middleaged and elderly people, clinical manifestations of dizziness, unstable walking, vertigo, etc. Vague symptoms, these symptoms are difficult to diagnose, and easy to recurrent, long-term cure.
Participant
Randomized controlled trials, whether or not blinded, language is not limit.
Animal
Human Disease Modelled
Intervention
All patients were given routine treatment, and patients in the observation group were on the basis of the treatment, intravenous infusion of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection, daily dose of 10ml and once, the course of treatment is not limited.
Comparator Control
The control group patients add other drugs on the basis of conventional treatment, once daily, dose and course of treatment the observation group remained consistent.
Main Outcome
The main outcome indicator is the total clinical effective rate (the total number of effective cases) = number of significant cases + number of effective cases; secondary outcome indicators are hemodynamic index [10]and hemorheology index. Measures of effect We need to spend time searching the literature, Analyze literature, extract data, sort out results and draw conclusions. For the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency with Danshen and ligustrazine injection, reliable evidence-based medicine was provided, including its adverse reactions.
Outcome Measure
Additional Outcome
There may be indicators associated with blood fats including total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL and HDL.these indicators are closely related to the occurrence of dyslipidemia metabolism Measures of effect The relationship between these blood lipid indexes and vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency is uncertain, and there is no way to determine whether it is an inducement, which requires us to find more clinical evidence to support it.
