- Erectile dysfunction will be the outcome of this review. Treatment with different methods of administration of testosterone undecanoate in the following outcomes: erectile function assessed through the IIEF questionnaire.

- Men with diagnosis of hypogonadism. The following terms for hypogonadism will be considered: Hypogonadism; Andropause.

- Hormone replacement therapy with testosterone undecanoate, regardless of the dose administered and the route of administration used.
- Comparator Control
- Only randomized controlled trials with control group will be included.
